The Lagos state Government says that it has discharge more 26 patients, who have now been tested positive to the virus, following their treatment at their isolation centers.
This was made known by The Ministry Of Health via it verified twitter handle @LSMOH today Friday { 1st may,2020}.
The Ministry said that the number of patient discharged from the isolation center is now 225 in number.
It also reveled that the state has recorded one new covid-19 related death.
LSMOH tweeted, "26 more #COVID19Lagos patients; 12 females & 14 males including 2 foreign nationals – 1 Polish &1Filipino were today discharged from our isolation facilities at Yaba & Onikan to reunite with the society.
“The patients; 14 from IDH, Yaba & 12 from Onikan Isolation Centre have fully recovered & tested negative twice consecutively to #COVID19.
Now the number of patient manage and discharged in success is now 225 in number.
Moreover, he also tweeted that, "Unfortunately the 1 person has been recorded death, bring a total of 21 in Lagos state".
However, so far Lagos state has discharged 225 patients, 2 patients have been evacuated, 16 patients transferred and 21 death.
