The President of Nigeria, Major General Muhammadu Buhari {retired}, on Tuesday, April 28, Discussed with US President Donald John Trump, on telephone.
This was disclosed by Bashir Ahmed, The Personal Assistance to President, on His Twitter Handle.
He Tweeted, ''President Muhammadu Buhari had a phone conversation with the US President Donald Trump today, the two leaders discussed Nigeria’s efforts to defeat the COVID–19 Pandemic, and President Trump pledged US support and solidarity. #COVID19Nigeria”.
The Minister of information and culture, Lai Muhammed also, supporting, Said it was on Trump's request.
He went Forward Saying, President Muhammadu Buhari had a phone conversation with president Trump. The conversation was concentrated on the response Covid-19 pandemic in our country Nigeria.
Moreover, President Donald John Trump assured, that the United State Of America {USA}, stands with Nigeria During this Strenuous time and also promised to support the country with ventilators for the fight against covid-19 problems in Nigeria.
